We’re very pleased to announce that Caffè Nero has chosen Adafina to provide a range of gourmet kosher sandwiches for their outlets in Terminals 1, 4 and 5 at Heathrow Airport. This month the range includes: Smoked Salmon with Dill & Cream Cheese in Mezonot Bagel; Herbed Cheese, Rocket & Sundried Tomato in Mezonot Bagel; Tuna Salad in Granary Bread, Chicken Mayonnaise & Sweetcorn in Granary Bread; and Egg Mayonnaise & Cucumber in Mezonot Roll. London's first fine kosher foodstore is named after Adafina - the traditional Sephardic Shabbat meal from Medieval Spain, a meat stew left to cook on a Friday afternoon in a sealed clay pot and cracked open for Shabbat lunch on Saturday. We're proud to have been selected as a Top Ten Deli by the TimeOut Eating & Shopping Guide 2008. All the products sold by Adafina are strictly kosher and our chefs prepare a regular selection of Ashkenazi and Sephardi favourites using glatt kosher meat and chicken .
